Should I call the Pedi?

I think that DS has a clogged tear duct. His left eye is always running and has gunk in it. My moms friend whoes a nurse says it sound like a clogged duct. My next appointment is not until dec, so I dont know if I should call.

    It never hurts to call.  They might not want you to come in right away, but I'm sure they'd have some recommendations (massaging the tear duct) and tell you what you need to do from here.

    DS has had one since he was born. We have been massaging the duct every time we think of it and that helps. We finally caved and got an Rx but it doesn't seem to be making a difference.

    I would suggest massaging it with a warm wash cloth and see if it goes away in a few days. If not, call a nurse line and see what they think.

    DS had one when he was born.  Just massage it with a wash cloth a few times a day.  It should go away in a few days.
