What to ask at post d&c follow-up?

Good morning everyone.

I have my appt. on Tuesday and I started making a list of questions to ask. I don't want to leave anything out.  What questions did you ask?  Thanks!   I am nervous about this appt but also looking foward to hear about ttc again.

    Thanks! I forgot about asking to be monitored more next time- there HAS to be a next time!! I have 12 questions so far. I think my ob might hate me after this.

    I also have my follow up on Tuesday and haven't made a list yet. If you don't think they are too individually specific or personal, I'd love to see your questions if you are into sharing! :)

    Try not to feel bad about asking a lot of questions of your OB at anytime - I have seen my OB 4 times between when we found out we were pregnant and my d/c this past Friday and I swear everytime I saw her my DH and I asked a gazillion questions and she patiently answered every one of them. I have my post d/c appt on May 25 (4 weeks) and am not sure what to ask yet but am anxious to see what she has to say and how I am healing. Last we spoke on Friday we were told nothing in the vagina for 4 weeks and to wait 2 cycles until trying again. She also said that once I am pg again that they'd get me into the office and test my levels and possibly do an earlier u/s (for our reassurance more than anything). So it is comforting knowing that we will be monitored a bit higher even though it may not really be necessary ya know. She seems confident that we'll be a-okay at getting pg again and maintaining the pregnancy so that is good!

    I think the other girls covered everything I had asked, and more.  It's a great idea to write your questions down and take it with you.  It's easy to forget everything once you get into the exam room!

    Yep. This. I'm a bit clueless on what to ask as well for my f/u on Thursday.

    Yep. This. I'm a bit clueless on what to ask as well for my f/u on Thursday.
