I did was cut out fast food, my sittings of ice cream, which usually consists of a huge bowl every night & all junk food......I am not even exercising! I can't believe it. I thought I would have to really exercise to get the weight off.

I've been eating well since November of last year and am damn near down 30lbs, but I've been CrossFitting too.
Add exercise in and see what happens!
