Prenatal Yoga?

Anyone going or been?  I've been going to regular yoga, but am getting to the point where I think I want to switch.

    I took prenatel yoga and loved it!

    Now I get to do the mommy and me yoga! :)

    What do you think of it so far? I really need to get back into some yoga routines, but it is so hard to find the time!  Plus I think it would be fun with my LO and get to meet other mommies :-)

    Are you guys in Albuquerque?  Where did you go?

     

    I did mommy and me yoga with DS, but he cried the whole time and I was too stressed out to really enjoy it.  The instructor and other moms were super nice, but I never went back...  Maybe I'll try again this time.

    I love it. Its nice to get out. Emma seems to enjoy it and its fun to meet other moms for sure! Sometimes its hard timing wise with her, but I try and make it.
