Soy Allergy

My little one was getting gassy on the Similiac Advanced Shield, so I switched him over to the Similiac Sensitive.  Aimost immediately he broke out in baby acne.  At first I did not associate the formula with the acne.  He has been on it for about 4 days.  Each day the acne has gotten slighly worse.  Of course today It finally dawns on me that the formula is probably causing the acne.  

 Has this ever happened to anyone else LO? 

How long did it take the acne to clear once you switched to a non-soy formula?    TIA

    I previously switched my lo to Soy Formula and he got really sick from it. It actually gave him diarrhea, but he didn't get acne from it. It took a couple of days for the diarrhea to stop.

    we had to switch little one to Similac Alimentum (sp?) his skin cleared up right away and has gotten better with spit ups, gas and poops.. It;s pretty expensive though, but worth it. Our dr also gave us 2 boxes of sample cans, maybe ask them if they have any they can give you.
