We sleep trained at 4mos (CIO) and it worked after 1 night for night and naps. Just recently Colin started having trouble falling asleep (he started rolling around in his crib) and waking up real early (5am) instead of the normal 7am.
Did this happen to any of you?
What time do you get your LO up for the day?
TIA!
Re: Anyone's LO's need a refresher course in sleep training?
My DS gets up at 5am. I bring him in bed with me and we cuddle. Sometimes he falls back asleep until 730am, sometimes we get up around 6am for the day. I do whatever he wants to do. I think it's wonderful he sleeps 9 hours straight so I don't complain-it could be much worse. I would never sleep train just to get 2 hours more of sleep.
