Well..... pizza is my kryptonite. And Home Slice pizza? Forget it, I was powerless when they brought it in for lunch yesterday. Let's just leave it at that. In small victories, in the past I would throw in the towel when I had a lapse (at least for that day) and just say forget it - I already ruined today I might as well eat 10 mini candy bars. And I didn't do that yesterday, so weee.
Current goal: 4.4/5

Food: 3 - Had to use 6 of my weekly points. DH and I had a couple of glasses of champagne and I had a small piece of pecan pie that he brought home. But I guess that's what the weekly points are there for, right?
Activity: 1 - didn't work out yesterday but plan on working out tonight to JM.
Motivation: 4 - still going strong with no intention to give up - I am determined to at least reach my goal. I am only 5 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight.

I just want to say that you can drop 5 lbs very quickly by eating veggies, brown rice, salmon, oatmeal, fruit, nuts and nothing else. No eggs, dairy, chicken, beef, flour, sugar.
I did this unintentionally trying an elimination diet for the last week. Let's just say I am pretty hungry.
Food (rate how you did 1-5)3, had a few too many chips yesterday:(
Activity (rate how you did 1-5)4, having to cut back on my walking time a bit because i'm trying to get max into a new schedule

Any commentary (motivation, great recipe, challenge you're having, etc.)i keep feeling like AF might be coming back:( i also dropped my points on WW because i said i'm no longer breast feeding...i still BF twice a day but i've always had a super low supply so i don't think i really qualify for the extra points:( its been a little bit of an adjustment. i definitely feel like i 'm getting used to smaller portions and don't feel like i have to snack as much during the day so that is good.

I did this too! I just started this week and I am missing those 5 extra points a day! The first couple weeks I was not having to use any of my weekly points but now I'm using a few of them a day. Sigh. We'll see how the rest of the week goes.
Any commentary (motivation, great recipe, challenge you're having, etc):
Long story short: Last month I found out my grandmother, two aunts, and my father are all allergic to gluten. Which would explain all the stomach problems I've had for the last 10 years (thinking it was lactose intollerance). Over the last month I've experimented, and my last doctor and myself are pretty sure that's what it is. I'll have the blood test when I go for my first PG checkup since now I realize it's important to know.
So I'd like to keep checking in here. I obviously will not be trying to loose weight - but with being pg and giving up bread and alcohol all at once, I'm sure it's inevitable. However, I want to check in because I think now eating well and activity are more important than ever. I love the accountability of this check in! Day to day is so great for me, to help keep me on track

I didn't track my points and I did eat a scone and subway so I'm sure I went over points. Did you know scones were 600 calories. Yeah, it's amazing what you learn when you actually pay attention to what you eat. I didn't give myself a 1 or 2 for food because even though I didn't track and "fell" off the wagon, subway was a better choice than wendy's.
