I was going to order DD some stuff online, but am just wondering how their sizing is. After getting used to the 3 month range of 0-3 and 3-6 month clothing, 6-12 just seems like such a huge range to be considered one size.
Will my DD just be swimming in it? DD is in the 75% for weight and 50% for height. FWIW, the Carter's 3-6 footed sleepers are just getting kinda snug on her.
Re: ? about Gap/Old Navy 6-12 month sizing
Are the weignt/height guidelines for Gap helpful? DD is 95% for height and 85% for weight...most onesies and shirts I've bought her there in 6-12 work well but I bought her a pair of jeans in 6-12 and they were way too short.
I've found that ON/Gap seems to run a bit smaller on DD than Carter's and some other brands. She's already wearing 12-18 month stuff from Old Navy. The tags give height/weight guidelines as well as a month range, and I find that to be more helpful. GL!
So I guess it is pretty accurate for us.
