  Onesies and gowns.  Any pants were below her belly button and it never bothered her.

  Sleepers or onesies with pants below the cord. Didn't bother him at all.

  The onesie didn't bother lo... But I did have some side snap shirt things that lo wore with a diaper and a swaddle

  Either TShirts or gowns mostly until the cord fell off. She was also on the small side, so most of her onesies were still too big.

  I heard they don't really feel any pain in that area.  It's just a dead stump just waiting to fall off anyway.

  DD wore the kimono shirts from the hospital with pants until the stump fell off.

  Your LO won't even notice. DD wore onesies, sleepers, etc., as well as cloth diapers with covers and she didn't bat an eye.

  footed sleepers. They are still my favorite. I'm not a fan of onsies.

  She wore everything. Onesies, Pjs, little dresses. It never bothered her stump.

  Interesting, the hospital told us not to cover it up. Evidently it will fall of faster if it is exposed to air more. I wouldn't say it would have bothered DS if it had been covered but we wanted it to fall off as efficiently as possible so that thing was hanging out all over the place. When we got home he mostly wore one-piece outfits that had snaps all the way up the front and we would leave the few near his stump unsnapped.
