TTC after 35

POAS ?

Is 6dp5dt to early to poas? I triggered the 13th with 1&1/2 ovidrel and I know that people start getting BFPs between d6 and d8, just trying to make sure I don't make myself crazy. I'll take any and all opinions!

Re: POAS ?

  • I say go for it.  But don't get too disappointed if its still too early.  Good luck!
I give up trying to get a ticker.  I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome.  Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself.  Hmmm.  How about...

I hate early testing...though do it sometimes.  The problem is if you get a BFN you will be disappointed but on the other hand it doesn't really mean anything if its that early.  I'd hold out as long as you can.

  • That's the equivalent to when I got my BFP (8dp3dt). There's a good chance you'll see a faint positive today or tomorrow!

I am a big one for holding out as long as you can!  But, good luck either way, I hope you get a BFP soon!!!

  • Not that I can speak from personal experience, because up to now I've never had to POAS. (AF always shows up). But if the opportunity ever came, I would probably wait it out a little longer. GL, whatever you decide to do.

  • Whatever you decide, I hope you get amazing, exciting, and very sticky news!
  • Good luck!

I'm a chronic tester and always had to test out my trigger.  Embarrassed  So, if it were me, I would have already tested!
