So, I was planning on making a lasagna for dinner and laid out the meat earlier today. I just started browning it and realized that the recipe requires too much time in the oven so we've decided to order a pizza instead.
Can I brown the meat and then put it in tupperware to save for tomorrow?  I've never browned meat before without using it right away and I'm kind of weird about proper food storage.
