Scalini's Eggplant Parmigiana-labor inducer?

I saw this mentioned in a post earlier, anyone hear any stories about it? I never heard of it but now after reading about it I'm thinking of making it! Although I'm sooo not a cook so I figure I'll mess it up so I'm trying to think of who I can have make it for me...maybe I'll ask my mother-in-law...I mean, its worth a shot, and it sounds pretty tasty too.
