Most of my running shorts still fit, but I did have to get a few new sports bras. Go for something inexpensive - look for sales at your favorite running store or go to one of the big sports stores (like Academy...they have a store brand that isn't too expensive). I would just buy larger sizes if possible.
I didn't get anything special either. I now just run in t-shirts, sweatshirts, and if I'm inside, my normal running shorts. I did get 2 pairs of maternity yoga pants from Old Navy for outdoor running -- these have been great (where I live the warmest it's been is about 50-60).
I don't really have any recommendations but thank you for posting this! I was wondering if there were any maternity work out clothes! (Not that I need them yet
I agree with PP, still wearing my regular running shorts, just a little lower to sit below the belly. Most of my tanks however are too tight so I just wear a t-shirt or DH's undershirts. I'm not spending money on new clothes

I am one of those people who is way more motivated to run when I have nice gear, so I bought a couple t-shirts and a pair of capris. I found one Bornfit t-shirt on Ebay new, which is worth checking out.
I am also really pleased with my support belt (the Gabrialla) - much less hip pain.
I got a maternity running skirt from runningskirts.com, it had a little more support then my regular old running shorts but I wore my regular running shorts more then the skirt I also just looked for sales on any wick-away type shirt and bought it in a larger size, not the most flattering but it worked.
