camera rec's please

I was given an early mother's day gift... $$$ !!! yay!  anyway, my digital camera (a hand me down) broke & I'm not getting any pics of my DD being so cute!  Please recommend your digital camera under $150, thanks!

    Under $150 will get you a decent point and shoot. I would go to a store such as best buy etc and try them all out and see which you like best. Nikon coolpix have a great reputation
