For those who switched/use Enfamil Gentlease...

So after weeks of trying, I am unable to BF. :( Therefore, I had to supplement a lot with formula. I started LO on the Enfamil Lipil Premium and he seemed to do okay. However, lately he seems to be very gassy, fussy and uncomfortable. I researched formulas and decided to try the Enfamil Gentlease. So, for those of you who feed your LO this- did you see a change when you switched? If so, how long did it take for you to notice? Thanks!! :)

    This JUST happened to me!!! The Enfamil Lipil will make him super gassy.. I had a inconsolable baby for 2 nights it broke my heart!!! I started him  on the gentle ease the next morning and he is now a happy boy!!!! I also reccomend the Mycolin Gas drops.

    I just switched to this formula....it seems to be working better.  However his first poo after being on it was AWFUL. I hope it was just his tummy getting used to it.

    I stopped BF also and put her on Enfamil Prem Lipil. She has been okay with it. She definitely has some very gassy painful moments but thankfully they dont last too long :) It sucks to watch them in pain knowing you cant do too mcuh for them. I actually called my pedi and they said NOT to switch her because she wasnt spitting up and it would only happen a couple of times. They told us to try those mylicon drops which we did and boy did we have quite an Easter. She was miserable! I called our pedi again and they said to stop using the drops which we did and now she has been a happy girl since. She only has a bowel movement every other day right now and she is cranky for about an hour before it and then happy and calm after.
