Hello, my name is Linsie.

On December 15, 2009 I had a D&C for a blighted ovum.  I had this idea that I would be "lucky" and it would never happen to me again. 

Boy was I wrong.  On April 8th, I got my 2nd BFP and was thrilled.  My EDD was December 14th which will be my 27th birthday. Friday, I had my first appt and things didn't go as planned.  Nothing found, just and empty sac and measuring a week behind.  Today at 9:15 it was confirmed that I am, in fact, having another miscarraige.  A second blighted ovum.

I am so hurt, so sad and so angry.

If you don't mind, I would like to stay here for a while.

    I'm so sorry for your losses.  I just had my second miscarriage as well...it sucks.  I wish you didn't have to be here, but I hope you can find support and comfort from this board. The girls here are wonderful. (((Hugs)))

    Hi Linsie- I am so sorry for your loss. Just so unfair that this could happen once, let alone again. I'm very sorry and hope that you can find some support here- I really have-- it's been a saving grace to be around people who really do understand. ((hug))

    I'm so sorry for your losses - its hard enough to lose one, but to to lose two...my heart breaks for you.  Please stay as long as you'd like.  I hope you're able to get some answers from your doctor...

    Totally sucky.  I'm so sorry that you are going through this for a second time.  It's a bummer that your joining us, but know that you are welcome to be here for as long as you want/need to be.  You'll find excellent comfort and support here, and if you can believe it or not, some pretty good laughs.

    Hi Linsie,

    I am so sorry to hear your news. One is bad and two is worse. It's what I'm most afraid of...Please stay as long as you need to. The women on this board are supportive and won't judge you for anything you feel.

    I'm so sorry for your losses.  My heart breaks that you've had to go through this twice already.  I hope we can give you some comfort or just be a sounding board for you.  T&Ps.
