Another update on DD

I found a trick online to uncover her feet while she's sleeping. It does work. No more night terrors since Saturday night! But now, she wakes up every hour because her feet are cold. :( 

I thought I could handle her still waking up because, hey- she's not having the awful night terrors anymore. It's still a bit much though. Last night we had the worse lightening storm I think I have ever witnessed. Something like 850 lightening strikes in a 15 minute period in our county alone. Thousands across the state. Hopefully, that might have been another reason for her waking up so many times last night. 

I took her back to her bed 5 times last night. It still beats night terrors every 45 minutes though! The last time I took her back to bed the storm had stopped. I told her nicely to stay in bed until morning. That this was her bed and that was mommy and daddy's bed. It worked. It was about 230am and she slept until 7am!

Let's hope it's better tonight.

    I haven't done it yet. If I still do it, it will be this week. I think I am chickening out. I don't want the psychic to put things in her head her maybe even scare DD. I don't think she will, but I need to ask some questions first. I think it could be as simple as asking very vague questions and then my friend taking DD out of the room leaving me to talk to the psychic alone.

    I'm glad she's getting some sleep. Hopefully things will be better tonight if there are no more storms.

    EK- do you live in FL?  I am in CFL.  The storms were crazy last night!  Glad to hear things are looking up!

    Karen- Yes I am. Craziest storm! I thought there were emergency workers in our backyard. I got up to look and it was just the sky constantly flashing. I have never seen anything like it!
