In tears from cramps?

I never have bad cramps mild if any. All of a sudden about an hour ago I was doubled over in pain, it is a dull aching pain in my lower abdomen so bad I was on the couch crying. My period is still light and the blood almost looks like it is mixed with mucus. I just took some Tylenol to see if that helps at all. Does it sound like I just have bad cramps this period or should I be more worried?

    Was your last cycle medicated? I know I always have HORRID cramps and much heavier flow, etc with a med'ed cycle.

    No it was not medicated. I feel 1000% better it was just that pain that lasted about an hour or so at different intensities, very strange.

    I'm sorry :(  I'm glad you are feeling better now. Sometimes my cramps are that bad, sometimes not. If it doesn't happen again that's probably what it was.

    Maybe you had a cyst rupture?  I have PCOS and when a cyst ruptures it can be like that.
