UgGg.. I am in this funk..I don't like dieting and I don't have the time I want/need to workout right now. WW is having free registration right now and I have heard many great things about the program and I would like to try something that would be encouraging for me. How did you like it? Did you have quick results and was it easy to keep off? Thanks

You won't have quick results because it's a healthy lifestyle change and not a diet. You can expect to lose 1-2.5 lbs a week, probably closer to 1 since you don't want to exercise. I am down 15lbs on it so far.
The weight will stay off as long as you keep following the program.
Yeah, I think the meetings are really important. I'm sure some people can have success without them, but they do say that those who attend lose 30% more weight.?
