I am 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant. In the last 2-3 weeks I have not once taken a dump where it didn't cause the toilet to almost overflow. ANY toilet. the good ones with a powerful flush and the not so good ones. It happened at home, in a hotel bathroom, in the two cabins I have been staying in in TN. It has gotten so that I am afraid to go without a plunger handy. TMI but they are HUGE in diameter and usually so hard to get out that they can't be done a little at a time as suggested by my husband....hehehe.
Am I alone in this?
Re: TMI - Anyone else experiencing this
Funny you should say that. I have been doing just this for the last 3 days. It is getting softer if not smaller. Paranoia still exists. My fruit salad is fresh pineapple, cantalope, red grapes, and strawberries. What a great breakfast. I also add a banana and at least one apple a day. I ran out of cottage cheese but I normally top it with a dollop of that.
Flax seeds, when cooked, give off a mucousy substance ( I know, appetizing) that you won't notice, but will make you go easier and more often. Try a tablespoon in rolled oats or anything that can be mixed, like tomato sauce. It is also a fiber, so water is a must, too or it will just further aggravate the situation.
People eat them raw, too for the omega acids, but I don't think it will work raw...
Great Minds! I love this for breakfast and will mix in plain yogurt and some oatmeal or granola too if I need to mix it up. Good Luck! And it does really help if you stick with it.
