If you use/used Pampers...

We use Swaddlers and Cruisers.  I've heard bad things about the new Dry Max diapers (that they leak and cause rashes) and wondered if you use them or switched.  If you switched, what did you switch too?  Thanks for any help.

    We use the Baby Dry kind on both kids now, but I have had some samples of the Dry Max that I got free from Diapers.com and they seem like they aren't breatheable or something....DD had trouble (red bottom) with the samples I was using.

    I didn't realize my newborn was pooping in the swing instead of just farting the other day. She woke up an hour and a half later and the poop had been sucked dry by the diaper and was stuck to her butt! They also smell terrible (chemical smell) until they've been out of the plastic a few days and even then you can still smell it if you're close to them.

    We haven't had any trouble with rash.

    I switched to Target Up and Up.  DS has had diarrhea for almost 2 weeks and we have had minimal leaks.  I would say they are just as good as Pampers and save me about $30 a month.

    I was using the "old" cruisers during the day and when they ran out I started buying the new cruisers dry max. I dont like them at all! They get "puffy" like the diaper is full but when I would change DD she was hardly wet at all. That got old fast. So now I am using pampers baby dry during the day and at night. Never have had a problem with the baby dry's.

    Pampers always leak on both of my kids - either their bodies are shaped different or DH and I don't know how to put them on right - hehe. We use Huggies pure and natural ....they are awesome! So soft and they don't have those harsh dyes.

    We used Swaddlers and now use Baby Dry. I have had no problems with Pampers. I have also used  BJ's diapers which worked fine but don't have the fresher smell of Pampers, so I pay more for the Pampers now. That will probably change when #2 arrives and I'm buying 2 boxes of diapers. I don't even feel like trying Dry Max cuz I'm perfectly happy with Baby Dry.

    This definitely! I swear DS pees like a gallon everytime... Huggies are the only thing that keep him from ruining all his clothes!

    I have been using the new Pampers for a few weeks now and honestly have not noticed a difference at all.  I was nervous and started to try to figure out what to switch to but wanted to try them as I have always loved Pampers.  My DD is 2 and moves all the time - no leaks, no rash - just my good old Pampers.
