Mommy & me classes near Long Beach ?
Hi Ladies,
My daughter is 5 weeks and I'm thinking it might be time to start looking into mommy & me exercise classes and/or ?
What are your recommendations?

I have looked into this. I am due anytime now, so have not been to either, but here is what I found:

Baby Bootcamp meets at Mothers Beach as well https://www.babybootcamp.com/locale.aspx?qt=s&s=CA The Long Beach link was not working for me at the time of this post, so just scroll and click on Long Beach.
My sister in law had great results and nothing but good things to say about the stroller strides group she was a part of in South County, so that is what I think I will do when the time comes.
