I love my scale!

I am totally not fishing for compliments but I have to share some really exciting news! I stepped on my scale this morning and I'm down 30 pounds from delivery day!!! Holy cow! I'm lower than my pre pregnancy weight! I'm so excited! And while I feel great I cannot believe that I got pregnant at this weight. What was I thinking? It's no wonder I was so miserable! Anyway, had to share. Hopefully the nursing, eating in and sheer exhaustion will help continue the trend! Unfortunately other than having my feet and ankles back and missing my giant baby hump I don't feel like there is much of a difference on my body. I'm looking forward to joining the one chin club one of these days!

Not to diminish your joy of decreasing #'s but I have to tell you, you look so radiant that I want to reach out and smack you! Post-partum isn't supposed to look that good!

Dawn, can I just say that I did not look as calm and lovely as you did yesterday, until... oh I don't kow... three and a half weeks ago lol SERIOUSLY! You looke wonderful while pregnant, IMO, but you look SO happy and peaceful now, that i can just imagine how much that scale just put a cherry on top of your "oh so happy not to be pregnant any longer" self =] ENJOY the new you and I hope that the rest of the weight you would like to let go of, falls off as quickly as this first bundle did.

How funny - I look forward to joining the one chin club as well. What a difference from the first time right? I've had similar results...the nursing and eating in definitely helps!
