I have heard you can use a bottle warmer with drop ins but I'm not sure how. If you have done this how much water and what size bottle do you use. Is it faster than heating in hot water?
we have just been using bottles to prepare formula in & then using those to heat in bottle warmer b/4 pouring into the drop-ins. I would like to know if you can just use the drop-ins since that would save me some time & from having to wash those other bottles!
I have an advent warmer and with this warmer you just put water in the container and it heats the water with the bottle in the water basically the same thing as putting it in a cup of hot water. I do use a lower setting with the drop ins than I do with a regular bottle
We tried using a warmer on the lowest setting with drop-ins and the formula was SCALDING hot! I put the darn thing back in the box and returned it to get my $40 back. Why in the world would a bottle warmer ever get anything that friggin' hot?? So disappointed.
