PP anxiety meds?

Hey there ladies ! I suffered after DS1 with some PPanxiety. I was put on lexapro and did well on it. After DS2, I started on lexapro as soon as he was born. I did not have nearly the anxiety I had with DS1, but did notice difficulty losing weight, and even some gaining while on lexapro.

When we found out about DC3 (unexpected) I stopped my lexapro, and the weight dropped off. 

My question, (which I will discuss with my OB) is after delivery, should I 

1. wait to see if meds are needed (not ideal with 3U 30 months

2. Take lexapro again despite side effects

3. Have a script for xanax to take if needed, and reassess a few weeks PP

    I would wait to see if meds are needed. I have known a few people who had PPA with their first but not their second, with their second, not their first, etc. Maybe this time will be different for you. I hope so!
