Last month I finished off my last pack of BCP, and had a period...So here we are 30 days later and AF arrives with a VENGEANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did this happen to anyone else on their first full cycle off BCP. Its crazy!

    Yep. Stopped BCP feb 6th, feb 9th AF was fine.  March AF was horrible, Aprils came late and was longer. And now, when i just started to pee on opk's, i am spotting. This sucks.

    Yup!  Happened to me....coincidentally it was my 2nd anniversary weekend when AF decided to kick it into high gear, so that was awesome at the time.  Yay.  I'm fully convinced it was just reregulating though from coming off bc pills, because its now over 7mos since i quit bc and I still am just ovulating regularly. (with the help of supplements)

    What supplements are you taking that help you ovulate regularly and how are you confirming ovulation?

    yep my 2nd one off BCP was awful, it was so heavy the very first day that I had to lay down because I was dizzy even sitting up.
