Yep, DH came running in saying the grill was on fire. I asked if he turned it off and of course, he did. But ask him what he needs to do next and he has no clue! He's currently on the phone with any male he can get a hold of.
He banished me to the house, far away from the backyard windows because, "I'm carrying a baby," and it was too dangerous for me to be outside.
He's a tish dramatic, yes?
Re: Our grill is on fire.
maybe this will help:

got a fire extinguisher?
Thanks, I will forward that his way!
Update: It was just grease from last time he grilled. I'm not going to say a word about his clean up ritual *ahem or lack thereof*. I'm just happy my steaks are cookin'!
baking soda might work. i set some walnuts on fire with our broiler a couple of weeks ago and baking soda works like a charm on grease fires. just take the box and dump it over the grease until it's out.
thank you girl scouts!!!
I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't own any baking soda!
Next trip to the market and I'll pick up a box. My mom was so disappointed when she told me to use baking soda on something last week. She thought she raised me better than that.
Thanks again for your help!!
My dad caught our grill on fire one time. He threw it in the pool. I don't think that's how you're supposed to put it out.
that's the most awesome thing i've ever heard.
Oh gosh, that's hilarious!
