When did you start give it to LO?
How long did it take for lo to take to it?
My Dr said i could give it a try before our next apt which is Monday so I tried last week and the first time he laughed the whole time he thought it was a game. The second time he cried and wanted nothing to do with the spoon same as the third time. I gave him a few days rest in between each try. I'm thinking he may not be ready but, was wondering what other's went through. It seems like he's not intrested in the spoon. At dinner i usually put a little formula on the spoon and try and give it to him that way to get use to it. It's there anything you suggest to help him or just wait it out. I'm going to disuss with the dr on Monday too.
Re: Ceral Question
We just tried cereal on Sunday, she did fairly well with it, but we gave her a couple days in between trying again. She did a little better the second time, but really is trying to figure out the spoon thing. I am just going to keep trying every couple of days until she is comfortable with it. I also think she isn't a fan of the taste of the oatmeal, she will probably like the real foods better.
I would think if you keep trying every couple of days he'll get the hang of it at some point.
