C-Sect Ladies, HELP PLEASE!

I felt like something was pinching me, so I went to check my incision scar and there is a black bump that hurts to the touch right in the middle of my incision. It is about the size of a pencil eraser. DD is 10.5 weeks old, so I am pretty much healed. I'm not sure if this is a suture trying to work its way out or what. I guess I don't know how concerned I should be or how to treat it. Has anyone had a similar experience?

    I don't have any sort of similar experience, but I'd say that nothing should hurt to the touch at 10.5 weeks. Is there a doc/nurse on call? I'd probably call this weekend and see what they say. If not, I'd wait until Monday and call into the office. I'm sorry you're dealing with that--it sounds painful!

    I thought of that too...maybe? Whenever I've had an ingrown hair in the past it's always been red, but maybe this is different? I'd hate to call the doctor for something silly like that. Maybe by tomorrow morning it will have diminished some if so and I'll know that's what it was.
