It continues. I went in to pay the current bill and the lady told me the amount plus the reconnect fee. She told me it was $150 and I told her a supervisor told me it was $80 and it would be billed to my next invoice. She tried to tell me they don't normally bill it. So, I went to talk to customer service and she said there were no notes from the sup she told me $80 and she is out until Monday. I told her I'm so tired of getting different answers from people there and my service better not be interrupted b/c they can't get their lies straight. Ok, I didn't say lies but still. I'm so drained dealing with them.
