Is anyone else finding that the bump is down A LOT lately??

I tried to get on 3-4 times this afternoon and it was down. Grrr...must have my bump!

I haven't noticed it being "down." I just notice quirky things like when I used the quote function just now on another board. I had a heck of a time getting a cursor to appear after the close quote, so I could start typing. Somehow in clicking to get a cursor, I ended up posting and had to go back and edit the post to add in my comment. So, it works, but it was way more complicated than it needed to be just for me to say "that made me lol."
