So want to hear about the bestest mortgage company ever?

They have been applying the money I've been sending them only to principal instead of to my payment.  Why would I want this?

Also, they had someone who barely spoke English call DH to get it sorted out.  He knows nothing about our bill payments and freaked out about it.

At least they waived the late charge Confused So much for a relaxing Friday off from work!

    I've been making bi-weekly payments.  When I called to set them up, they said to just go ahead and do it. Now it sounds like the d-bag that I talked to then needed to set up my account to accept it properly.

    I'm probably over-reacting a bit, but it's making me feel better.
