Can I just say that I am sick

in 2nd Trimester

Of the typical second tri posts.

I guess that happens whenever you aren't quite ready for the next trimester but have been in your current trimester for quite some time.

I am over It's a..., who will be in the delivery room, where are you registering, Is this a kick, etc posts.

I don't mean that rudely - just that I am starting to feel ready for 3rd tri.

    I agree but at the same time I think that once I get to 3rd Tri I'm going to get tired of the "is this a contraction" "Am I in labor" posts.

    I'm with ya. I find myself lurking on 3rd tri more and more. By the time I get there, I'll be sick of the "typical 3rd tri" posts.

    I think that also happens when you're bored...happens to me a lot.

    Meh, 3rd Tri is nothing but mucous plugs and weight gain.  And there's rarely any drama.  That's why I hang out here.  At least here there is *usually* somethng entertaining going on.  Not so much today, though.

    I still like talking about gender, but I agree with everything else...also..at this point I'm physically starting to feel different things that 3rd tri may be better equipped in responding to and such.

    I think the annoying thing is that they seem to go in waves -- like one day there will be 20 posts about who's gonna be in the delivery room -- so if they would just look down 4 posts they would see this had already posted.

    I agree, but now that i'm about to move over, i'm starting to feel differently... It jsut seems like I have nothing to add on their posts... and yes I know this gets posted all the time

    Agreed!  I'm so ready for 3rd tri...I'm really feeling pregnant and HUGE today so whatever gets me closer to baby is fine with me!

    I'm also tired of the same 2nd tri posts, but I don't think it will be the same in 3rd tri b/c it will be all about getting close to the end. Like, there aren't any more trimesters, it's going to be a real life kid. I don't know if I explained it right, I'm just hoping it keeps me more entertained for the last 3 months.

    People that have been on third tri for a while are annoyed with the contractions, internals, braxton hicks, mucous plug, should i pack my bag posts :)  It never ends...you can only see the same questions so many times before getting bored with something.  the switch over is fun for a bit though!!! :)

    I'm already sick of the 3rd tri "what to pack in the hospital bag" posts and I don't even lurk in 3rd tri at all... I think that's just left over annoyance from my first time through!

    I agree. There has been a lot of the same old stuff. But I'm not sure if I'm ready to see "I just delivered" or "Scary birth story".

    I go that way with 1st tri. I started lurking over here around 11 weeks and bailed on 1st tri several days early.

    There are only so many times you can read the same damn thing before you want to start strangling people.

    So far 2nd tri isn't annoying me, but I do skip over a lot of the usual stuff.  And I don't even open a lot of the "Team ...." posts.

    LOL this is awesome to me because I never really post, but I try to only lurk where I belong :) That being said I am just a couple of days short of 26 weeks and more and more I get bored with 2nd tri and sneak over to 3rd.  I'm glad I'm not the only one!
