So apparently STBXH didn't understand yesterday.....

He showed up at my house for his visit yesterday...ummm, no, weren't you there in court yesterday where they gave you one hour a week until we go to court again and mediation??  He said that his lawyer told him since the temporary order (that he would have to pay for prof supervised visits) expired after a week, the old order of Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays went back into effect as of yesterday, PLUS the hour visit at his grandmother's on Sunday.  WTF?  So, long story short I told him he couldn't have his visit and I needed to speak with my lawyer.  Then I slammed the door in his face and locked it.  He stood outside yelling for awhile and finally went away, then texted me saying he was going to have to hold me in contempt of court.  WHAT????  So I am waiting for my attorney to get back to me-how could this have happened?  Hopefully he is wrong but his attorney has a reputation for being sleazy.

    that doesnt make sence to me that the OLD visitation schedule would be in effect with the NEW schedule of 1 hour at grandma's.

    His lawyer sounds like my STBXH's first one.  Didn't care that we were married so he was the legal father, he told the judge that his "client" wanted a paternity test.  Because why should his "client" be stuck paying for "that wh*re's" mistake.

    And then said lawyer wanted me to pay for half of the test.  

    And yes the judge laughed at him, signed the order for the paternity test, and made STBXH pay for the whole thing. 

    And yes, he is the father. :p

    Ugh, well apparently someone set STBXH straight today because I just got a remorseful voicemail from him saying he was in the wrong yesterday and apparently he DOES only get one hour a week now.  Yes, that is what I tried to tell you YESTERDAY, douche.

    Ugh freakin douche. Well the good thing is you were correct in understanding and he does only get that 1 hour. Just wish that 1 hour was under different terms with you being there
