I actually got off my ass and ran tonight. I haven't run in almost a year and I made really shitty time, but I did it.

I cranked up my iPod and sang like a jackass and I actually enjoyed doing something for myself for 30 minutes.

Plus, Target has a lot of running clothes on clearance right now, too. I got awesome breathable shirts for 3 bucks!

Good for you! Working out always makes me feel ten times better. I could be having the most craptastic day, and I go run or lift weights and feel awesome.

Toot toot! That's awesome! I had to start with walking but eventually, after a couple of months, have built up my distance too! It's now my therapy. I"m soo hitting Target for some workout gear.
