I need help with DD

This is kinda scaring me because idk what the issue could be.

 She's regressing...badly.

She's been completely potty trained for a while now but in the last week, she's had accidents all involving her bed.  She pooped in her bed, peed in it a few times, and peed in mine last night.  She's become more clingy than normal, super whiny, not eating well, and going to sleep super early (and of course waking up super early too).  She's also coming into my bed more often than she ever has before.

Aside from her dad joining the army (which she and DS haven't quite grasped yet), there aren't many changes going on to cause this.  DS doesn't seem affected by the army thing...his behaviors haven't changed at all.

 Any advice?

    Poor thing!  Is it possible she has some misunderstanding or fears about her daddy joining the army?  Like, maybe she has heard stories about army dads that go away for a long long time, or even ones that die and maybe she thinks thats how it always works?
