I was cleaning out some old pictures, and I found the ones of when my friend and I got dressed up and went to the midnight release of the 7th Harry Potter book.

I went as Pansy Parkinson, she went as Tonks.

 

I was the only Slytherin in the house

    Sweet! I wish I was cool enough to dress up. Honestly, I'm just too self conscious to. :(

    for some reason the store you are in reminds me of the movie Empire Records. haha.

    Lol, I always knew you were a "bad girl".

     

    And yes, I also went to several of those midnight release parties.  The last one I went to was a "Harry Potter Party for Grownups"  and they served some kind of "magical brew punch" which was soda and rum.  Good times.

    That's awesome! I never did that, but if I had, I would have gone as Hannah Abbott. For a few reasons, but mostly because she owned The Leaky Cauldron.

    We're going to the release of the next one together, she's going as Tonks again and I'm going as Mrs. Weasley.

    I love this post for three reasons....

    1. Dressing up rocks...as do theme parties

    2. Empire Records is my favorite all time movie....I love AJ!

    3. Caffinated, I love your husbands emo bangs, anyone who says they don't are liars and are jealous that their husbands don't have emo bangs!

    And I love empire records. My sister and I used to watch it so much that I could probably (still) recite all of the lines. "Who knows where thoughts come from, they just appear!"
