  ::popping in::

  DD screamed when I put her down for naps/bedtime.  Laying flat builds pressure (I didn't make the connection).  After going the doctor, she slept in her carseat for a few nights.

  My LO is constantly tugging on his ears.. for months, due to teething. When he had cold symptoms followed by a fever plus ear tugging I took him to the pedi. He had bilateral (both ears) ear infections.

  DD would fuss and cry when laying down, I had to hold her for her to sleep.

  LT was super cranky and when she would go t sleep she would just whine and cry... then when I would pick her up to get her back to sleep, she kept putting her head on my shoulder, but then changing which ear she would put pressure on. She also tugged on her ear.

  Don't rely on the ear pulling.  You will know if they have an ear infection - or something is very wrong!  DD was up.the.entire.night.  Absolutely miserable.

  My LO's had a few ear infections with colds and displayed NO symptoms of an ear infection...  If you feel like something is wrong, take him in.
