wish me luck... Ever since she turned 3 months she stopped sleeping through the night, but I think one reason may be because she's breaking out of her swaddle. Hoping and fingers cross that this is our answer!!
ah.....tonight will be our first night with it as well. Considering she's been sleeping most of the evening, it's highly unlikely she'll sleep much tonight regardless of her swaddle But I am excited to try it.
OHHHHHHHHHH!! Night#1 was GREAT! She slept from 8pm til 6am straight! She did wake up at 5am, and DH gave her a paci but she went right back to sleep.
Jamican...how did it go??
Oooh! You have me not being able to wait for mine to get here!
C does reasonably well (we've been able to get 6-ish hours lately, for the most part) in the escape-proof swaddle, but the Woombie looks so much easier and I like that he'll be able to move some inside of it without startling himself awake.

Well last night went as I expected it to. Since she had been sleeping the majority of the day and then from 7 pm until I woke her about 11 or so she didn't sleep in as long a stretch as I would have liked.
The first part of the night she did well she didn't struggle much when i zipped her up and fell asleep pretty quickly. The second part she was much more active by then so she squirmed for a while lifting her legs up a lot before finally settling down. But she didn't wake up due to startle effect which was a positive thing.

$25 well spent!
Awesome! We got two 4+ hour stretches last night so technically I got 8 hours of sleep, it just wasn't all at once. Still loving our Woombie! DH prefers the regular Summer swaddles but I like th Woombie.

Just wanted to update that every night so far since the woombie has been great!! She's sleeping from 8p until 7a this weekend (since I don't have to wake her up at 6am).
We got ours in the mail Saturday, so he's done 2 nights in it so far. Considering he fought napping tooth and nail both Saturday & Sunday (typically resulting in shorter stretches at night), he's done pretty well. But I did catch him trying to work a hand out the top of the collar this morning!
