Curious if anyone is running with support belt. I just hit 30 week mark and would love to keep running, currently run a few times a week mixed with other cardio and kettlebell training. Curious if the support belt helps with the pelvic pain and bladder pressure. I can deal with the bladder, but the pelvic pain is coming back big time, it started around 18 weeks, went away around 25, and is back big time. Not so much back pain, but I can feel my back getting tired, so it would help in that department, too.
Worth it? Brand recs? Can you find in store or is this an online purchase? I'm hoping to keep up the workouts until at least 36 weeks before I really start to make intensity modification...although the running has suffered the most since I dropped the speed to 10 min. miles and capped it at 3 miles so my crotch doesn't fall out! Other cardio hasn't been a problem. Thanks.
Re: running and suppport belt, recs?
Hey, I bought the Gabrialla belt from Fit Maternity. https://www.fitmaternity.com/maternity-clothes/ga003.html
I'm not as far along as you, but I found it helped with some hip discomfort that I was having. Be generous with sizing!
