Babies on the Brain

This is dumb, but I need suggestions.

I'm doing my sister's bridal shower and playing one cheesy game. Since her shower is kitchen themed, I thought I'd do a guess-who sort of game with famous female spokescharacters (for food and kitchen related items).

So far I've got Betty Crocker, Mrs. Dash, the Morton Salt Girl, Molly McButter, Mrs. Butterworth, and Wendy.

Any other ideas?

  • What about cooks/bakers, like martha stewart, or Julie Chiles (sp?).

  • I was in my BF's wedding recently and at her shower we played this game where they put out a tray of questionably named candy and had us look at it for 30 sec.; then put it away and we had to write a story about the couple using the names of the candy.

    Mine was like:

Once the Nerd and the Goober met and she played with his Jolly Rancher while he felt up her Mounds.  Later he slipped her the ButterFinger...

    Yes

  • The Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate girl?

And it just occurred to me that there are NO female cereal characters...

Snap, Crackle, Pop, Tony the Tiger, Captain Crunch, the Trix Bunny, the Coo-Coo for Coco Puffs Bird, the Fruit Loops bird, Lucky the Lucky Charms leprechaun, the Honey Nut Cheerios bee, even down to Count Chocula, Frankenberry, and Boo-Berry.

What up with THAT?  Misogyny in the cereal aisle!

Although, with the exception of Tony the Tiger, all of the characters are a little effeminate, with high-pitched, squeaky voices.  I feel like a research paper could be written on this...
