2 year check up, what questions to ask

DS's checkup in an hour and I have a couple, behavior specific, questions to ask but I'm drawing a blank for anything else. What kind of stuff should I be asking.

Oh and will he have a check up at 2.5 or not again till 3?

not again til 3 usually. and even then, not all dr's do that.

I asked about vocabulary, nutrition, teeth brushing, and milestones to look for in the furture.

Most pediatricians offices don't have a 2 1/2 appointment, but you can just ask what your office does.

I've been gathering a list since DS was 21 months old since we don't have another appointment until 3. It's kind of specific to him, but maybe it'll give you ideas for your DS.

Should we continue with whole milk for another year due to DS's low weight? What about other dairy products? Should we continue with the high calorie/high fat diet in general?

What suggestions do you have for potty training? DS is showing some signs of readiness but is afraid of the potty. Do you recommend the 3 day method or something else?

At what point should we start to worry about thumb sucking?

Any suggestions for helping him adjust to a sibling?

His vocabulary is pretty good but he still isn't saying certain sounds. At what age is this a problem?

DH also wrote down "routines" but I don't really know what he means by that.

We had an appointment at 2 1/2. No shots, just measurements and milestones.

I honestly don't think I asked any questions. DD had no medical issues, he asks us about milestones she should be meeting and I don't ask the pediatrician for parenting advice.
