Okay, so I'm getting frustrated
After I had DS, I hovered at one weight until he was about 9 months old. After hitting an all time low, I lost 35 pounds. It took me almost a whole year, and I felt great at the weight I was at. Well, I've gradually gained about 8 or 9 pounds of it back, and I am having trouble losing it again. Girl scout cookie season and Easter candy didn't help, and that's totally my fault ![]()
My problem is that I'll do really well, then get on the scale and see no difference, and sabotage myself. I eat pretty well, with the exception of sneaking some chocolate in the evenings, and I walk/run 4 to 5 days a week, and do weights (although not as often as I should).
Anyone have any diet or exercise tricks that have REALLY helped them kickstart weight loss? I'm very carb-sensitive, so I try to watch how much pasta I eat, but I am a pasta lover to the core. Thanks for any advice you have - I'd really like to be in the best possible shape when I get PG again so it's easier to stay relatively healthy this time around!
