We have a dietician here where I work. Every time I see her she has a sucker or a piece of hard candy. She is also very thin and fit looking. I'm thinking that because she is constantly eating hard candy, which doesn't have many calories, that she doesn't snack on other unhealthy items. When we eat lunch together she is great about portion control, but still eats some of everything. I think constantly eating helps with her self control. So, I bought some Yummy Earth suckers to enjoy.

Doing this really helped me with my 85 pound weight loss, as well as keeping track of my intake with weight watchers.

It's much better to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day rather than the 3 large meals we usually do.
I chew gum when I feel like snacking and that's helped me a lot too.
I think that's a good theory.
I used to chew gum, but I've been trying to stop with aspartame stuff and wow, there's aspartame in all sugar-free gum except a few. So i started chewing cinnamon gum and well, it ends up hurting my mouth. F'ers! So now I have these Cool Honey Altoids and I'm thinking of getting a back of Werther's or some kind of suckers so I can have something tasty all day.
What are Earth suckers?
I'm not suppose to have apartame either, and it's really hard to avoid. Here is the link for the Yummy Earth suckers I bought. They are organic, no dies, no HFCS, etc. They have lots of varieties. Next time I think I'll buy the rootbeer hard candy.
Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle!
