  I second MSI.  I live in Delray, and actually work at NSU.  If I couldn't find a sitter, my little guy would be at MSI.

  My child is currently in Nova's MSI Preschool and we LOVE it. I can't say enough good things about it.

  www.familycentral.org lists all licensed providers by zip code and specifies which have top ratings.  I called first to find out about hours and openings (about 20 phone calls).  Then, I visited 5 in 3 zip codes.  Near work and near home and picked the best one for me.  Good luck!
