If you're struggling with scary/intrusive thoughts, it can feel like you're alone. You're not.
Many of the posts on this board are about feeling depressed or anxious, but intrusive thoughts are very common during the postpartum period (even for those who don't suffer from PPD or PPA).
I started a blog (link in siggy) about my diagnosis with PPOCD and treatment journey. I hope it helps make you feel less alone if you're dealing with scary thoughts as well.
Peace to all of you.
Re: Struggling with scary thoughts? My story.
Same here. I just had my meds uped again and I am praying it does the trick.

thanks for sharing. I have had intrusive thoughts for about 2 years (horrible horrible). Meds and therapy helped, but I have been so worried about thoughts directed at my son creeping in. They really haven't but of course it's always at the back of my mind.
Thankfully, I have enough coping skills to deal with this....
