  no, but my aunt recommended doing that overnight to prevent leaks. she swears by it.

  We use cloth and just double stuff, but that image makes me LOL.

  I did it last night for the first time and it worked. We used long maxi pads, ones I had left over from pp bleeding. It is pretty funny.

  Before I started buying overnight diapers for DS, I used a doubler. They used to sell them at BRU. I jokingly called them his man-maxis.

  They do have diaper doublers, but they look just like a maxi pad.  My LO started leaking this past week because she now likes to sleep on her stomach.  So at night we put her in the next sized diaper, the pampers extra protection.  So far 3 nights in a row, no leaking. But a very full diaper in the morning!

  I do this.  DS has been known to have poop explosions overnight, so we stick a maxi pad long the top of the back of his overnight diaper.  It's stopped the explosions from going up the back (he sleeps with his legs in the air, which is why the poop sometimes goes up his back).
