Just ordered seriously unhealthy chinese food...

General Tso's Chicken and Beef Lo Mein...

    I got a quart of beef and brocolli last night all for myself.  I enjoyed every second of it!

    We did that last night: beef chow mein, fried rice, spring rolls, won ton soup and thai iced tea. Now I want duck curry yumm!

    Yumm! I normally don't crave chinese food but all of the above sounds sooo delish right now. I'm currently starving but waiting for DH to get home, maybe he'll take me out for some chinese?

    we ordered in Chinese last weekend... still working through the left overs... maybe that explains my sudden weight gain... can we say water retention???

    Mmm...I'm lucky that I live about a 5 minute drive away from Flushing, where they have some of the best authentic Chinese food ever (and I'm lucky to have a DH who can speak Chinese and get the good stuff).  I've had a lot of Shanghai-style soup dumplings and Beijing beef noodle soup this PG.  We're thinking about getting Peking duck this weekend.

    Don't feel bad. We made homemade chili dogs with onions, mustard, ketchup, chili, and then made homemade nachos to go with it....
