So they offer the travel system I want since BRU cant get it in stock. But I have never heard of them before. Is there anyone that has ordered from them? If so was it a good or bad experience.
I haven't ordered from them, but the actual store is in my neighborhood. They have really good quality things and the store is well thought-of. I don't know if that helps with ordering online, but yes, it is a very good store.
I ordered my car seat and extra bases from them, because BRU didn't carry the pattern we liked. I had a really great experience - order arrived quickly, easy interface on the website. I'd order from them again.
Also, you may be able to use the promo code 15OFF for a 15% discount if your item isn't on sale.
we ordered our Graco SnugRide and I live on the west coast and it still arrived in less than 5 days! it was cheaper there than other locations, that's why we ordered from them. no complaints here.
I've had good luck. Fast delivery, good prices. But, there have been some posts on here lately about their questionable customer service. It's been a few months since I've ordered from them.
I ordered my crib from them originally, got a confirmation page, but then never got a confirmation email or shipping confirmation email. I called them, and couldn't get a hold of anyone. I emailed customer service, and they told me they had no record of my purchase and I forgot to print the confirmation page. I made sure they didn't charge me, and just ordered from Target instead even though it was a little more expensive (although the crib on Albeebaby was then out of stock so I couldn't get it through them anyway.) So yeah, I had a bad experience too.
I purchased a double stroller from them on Monday for an incredible price. I did see the negative posts this week, but my item shipped last night and will be here tomorrow so I'm very impressed.

I will preface this by saying I will and actually intend to soon, order from albeebaby.com again.
I ordered DS's First Years True Fit carseat through them at the best price by about $40 and free shipping. When I didn't get a shipping confirmation in a few days I called. It took a few calls to get through, but when I did the phone was answered by an actual person. The woman searched and searched and could not find my order. I told her I still wanted the seat, but wanted to make sure I wasn't going to get two of them (their return policy is not the absolute best). She assured me that there was no order for me in the system so I went ahead and re-ordered my carseat. The next morning I got shipping confirmation for my second order...the morning after that I got shipping confirmation for my first order and both had been charged to my credit card. I was LIVID. I called again, once again, it took a few calls to get through, but when I did get through the phone was answered by an actual person. I explained the situation (complete with the name of the woman I had spoken to a few days prior who assured me there would be no duplicate order). The customer service rep was very nice, and had the package recalled so I would only receive one carseat, unfortunately he was unable to credit back my card until they received the carseat back. Because I am on the west coast that meant I had to wait until the package got to WA then it was redirected back to NY. The whole process took over two weeks. Luckily I always put online purchases on my actual credit card and not my debit card, but I was still a little put off that they couldn't just credit the money back to me immediately as the mistake was not mine...I mean, what would have happened had the seat disappeared while UPS had it? Would I have had to pay for a seat I didn't want anyway? I don't know, but the second customer service rep was as helpful as they could be and I DID eventually get my money back.
I will be ordering my double stroller (Joovy Ergo Caboose) and accessories through them to the tune of almost $400, but I will be sure to put it on my credit card so that I have resource through the credit card company if anything does go wrong.
I ordered my Colgate Classica I foam mattress from them and didn't have an issue. They did accidently mail it to the wrong house but they called me and told me a new one was on its way.
The issue is lack of communication when an item you order is not actually in stock. If it's in stock, it will usually ship within a few days and you will get the item at a bang-up price. I'd call before you order and confirm that the item is in stock and ready to ship.....then you'll probably have a fast and easy transaction.

I just ordered a bunch of stuff and not only were they really quick but I did have to call with a question and the customer service was really helpful. Just to give you an idea of the speed, I placed my order on a Sunday night and had the items in my hand Wednesday.

Apparently 2 people this week had an issue with their customer service and items not being in stock. Both got their money back.
Personally, I've never had a problem with them... they're great.
