i like the coppertone babies that's called either "pure & simple" or "pure & gentle". with dd's first sunscreen experience dh put waaaay too much on her and it got in her eyes. it was really hard flusing them out and she was miserable. this version is water based so its easier on them if that happens.
I just used the Neutrogena baby pure & free for Allie while we were in Mexico. I kept her shaded most of the time but it worked great. It's pretty thick, but I'm not sure if that is how most baby sunscreens are anyway.
For swimsuits, I've gotten her ones from BRU and Janie & Jack.

Blue Lizard Sensitive or Baby Lizard is my favorite - no chemicals or rash reactions - I get mine at CVS.
